I reckon the front vent panel was rotten so the previous owner welded a plate right across the front!

Vehcile has'nt, but my dad has, his dad was in the REME in WW2 attached to the LRDG.

its a common mod for the vent to be covered/plated over mine are on my 109 but thats do to a through and through bullet hole not rust or rot lol
