Enigma Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 In addition to US helmets I also mark some British helmets. Post war shells, maybe originals later. 51st Higland Div. 49th Polar Bears Princess Irene Brigade (Dutch). Medic (no pics yet). Quote
Rlangham Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 Very nice - if you could actually get hold of them, i'd love to see some painted WW1 British helmets and would buy one - you could probably get quite a few customers in the WW1 scene from that Quote
Enigma Posted June 2, 2008 Author Posted June 2, 2008 (edited) Thanks guys. I have got a few Original WW2 helmets around (1 Canadian). Would love to get some WW1 in need of restoration. Here a medic helmet, Belgian shell. Canadians used them sometimes, don't know about the Brits. Here again a Belgian one. I gave it a rough finish. The chinstrap broke. Don't know yet wether to mark or leave it as is. Edited June 2, 2008 by Enigma Quote
Enigma Posted June 7, 2008 Author Posted June 7, 2008 (edited) Busy making a desert camo helmet. Course structure like the one in the previous photo's. Edited June 8, 2008 by Enigma Quote
