AoS Numbers....

I know this is a can of worms and I don't confess to knowing much about this but....

On our Commer we have fitted some temporary magnetics as we still have another coat of paint to add to the cab. We are now planning it's correct numbering and I am led to believe that the 505 on the AoS magnetic does not represent 505th Co RASC? It should be a number in the 70s?

Any advice chaps?

If this film is captioned correctly, then they appear to have displayed "71"

As an infantry Brigade company, it would have been either 70, 71 or 73.  Do you know which brigade they were attached to ?
