Adrian Barrell Posted March 3 Share Posted March 3 (edited) One comment I would make is the pre-1960 exemption is 'used unladen' not non-commercial. If claiming the exemption it must be used unladen and or towing an unladen trailer. You can't carry any load, even if private. I suppose for a recovery vehicle, the used commercially might apply as you can't really have one unladen!
