Manage Attachments

New format, missing the 'manage attachments' tool that used to be easily found and used on the old format HMVF. Can anyone provide a pointer please?

Oddly enough, same thing about 'delete account' tool...... it looks a lot now like Hotel California .....  except you can't checkout and ... you can't leave!

When you click reply you should see the paperclip in the left lower corner and choose files , click on choose files.
