Richard Farrant
We all missed you last night Richard. Anyway its not an operating table. I was a bit pre-occupied last night, but thought I should have a stab at this one.
Gordon_M
Instantly recognisable Clive as we still do a variation on the same procedure today, called 'walking the rungs' - you support a ladder section horizontally a foot from each end, then just walk up it rung by rung. The principle being that if a rung is going to break you are better off finding out about it 6" above the ground. Now then, Mystery Object 188 please
fv1609
Is that your first win Gordon? I know you have come close before. Hmm another one? Had nothing planned but I'll see what turns up, have bought quite a few books recently.
