gritineye
What seems to be a representation of vegetation around the object (includes a few spiders) is different from the material inside the boxes, so is it some sort of drying chamber for animal feed/bedding/ or peat? Lauren Child
Is it something like a fridge - buried for insulation (I'm assuming that the top of the drawing is flush withe ground?)

Bernard the veg/spider like representations are actually something more structured & are of the same material. The stuff at the side edges are facing you edge on & go out of shot. I have not trimmed this, it is the extent of the image. The stuff further in is facing you flat on. So it is not a drying chamber.
