NCA75 Posted September 18, 2012 Share Posted September 18, 2012 Found this at the bottom of a large box of webbing in a surplus shop.It is 5in tall by 3 1/2in wide.It has 58 patt style belt keepers on the back.It does have some markings but they are very faded.Any ideas what it might be for and a time frame?I can make out CW and a broad arrow.There are some numbers stamped on the side too...
