It transpires that it is a compendium of nine seperate publications from 1951-61. I have never seen this before in an Army publication & I wonder what determined its inclusion. There is a very creepily worded royal warrant by someone who was to contribute to bringing the government down. For those youngsters, which is probably most of you, do a google on that name + scandal.
