chevpol
It should have been a show report, with piccys, but I accidently deleted all my piccys on my camera I took this weekend before I could download them to my computer!!! It is all the more annoying in that for a minimum donation of £4, you got to ride in a Jackal!! (Awesome piece of kit, I want one!) I did take a few piccys of the ride, but...... With regards to the weather, torrential downpour sat morning, scattered showers during day, dry and warm sat night (brill fire works display) Heavy rain off and on (mostly on!!!) sunday, got soaked to skin pulling 3 9x9 tents down Hopefully Andy, (Airportable) will be able to to put up a report. Sorry folks!! Mark :embarrassed::cry:

mike65
Mark Does your camera store them on a memory card? If so all may not be lost as long as you have not used the card since. When you delete something all you do is change a "file" which tells the device what bits have data on. The data is only fully lost when you overwrite it. With software you can recover the picture files. Here is one example. http://www.cardrecovery.com/ I have a Sandisk product (came with card) which works OK. schliesser92
try PC Inspector Smart Recovery. It's freeware and works quite well!
mike65
I have tried that download, didnt work on my disk  You could try a few others or it may be worth popping into a good local independent camera shop as they may have something that will work. Find Jessop's very unhelpful as most tend to be run by people who don't really care. That is the one thing we have in our little town is a very good camera shop. The rest are charity shops and coffe shops. Mike
airportable
Mark, just spoke to Simon, def. a program that MAY recover your pics. Still sorting, 300 plus!
13BK76
Didnt get to take many pics as only had my phone camera with me and rain aint too exciting in pics lol. I agree taking down 5 9X9's, a 9X7, a 12X12 and a shelter were lots of fun when they were soaked, and a wet through piglet was a great drive home with the windows constantly steaming up lol. Shame really as the public dont seem to hang around to talk when its chucking down but can vouch that the fireworks were good.
