Kuno
I thought that i would be time t load up some pictures of a truck wreck in Libya again. Took my photographs nearly ten years ago but these days a colleague of mine was there as well. Seems that nobody has touched the truck within these years... Kuno
...maybe somebody knows the precise designation of this truck?
m0rris
Unfortunately I do not know the designation of the truck, but, I do find it amazing that you can still find these wrecks out there! m0rris
steveo578
Looks like a Bedford OYC or OYD -does not like a GS wooden body, possibly a steel body.
Kuno
I remember that it was a steel body. So an OYD then?

They're probably untouched as there are probably still an awful lot of untouched mines out there! It's amazing what's still lurking around in the Western Desert. Kuno
There should be no mines near that truck - it is in a quarry and just next to the main road.
Richard Farrant
It is not a war relic either, as it has two headlamps and other lamps fitted below them, which might be indicators or repositioned side lamps. The body does not look like an original OYD steel body, it appears to be constructed differently.
