touchwood 2a
Hello from Prague (Czech republic) my name is Jarda and I am interested in everything about military Land Rovers. I'm about a year the owner of Rover 8 FFR no. 62 EK 67, served with the 2nd Batalion of the Coldstreem Guards in Northern Ireland, because I could not resist the charms of the "toast rack". My goal is the restoration and re-conversion to 24V 40amp, which is not easy, because the engine 2.25 petrol 3m.b. is not original and the parts are often unavailable, but I don 't loose faith. I hit this page and found that there is a lot of interesting information and I hope you will sometimes be useful. Hello all and sorry for my English. robin craig
Oh wow, yes the once so common and yet so humble Land Rover in military service are few and far between now in civilian hands in pukka form, especially the older more esoteric ones like the 24v FFR types. Good luck with your project. R
