I thought about purchasing it...I talked with the owner today and I'm still iffy. For 6500$ usd, depending on the cost of a replacement engine (at worst case) it could be worth it. I tried to help him fix the gearbox, even scanned pages from the manuals, but he wasn't too interested. I think it's repairable, if you can be bothered then it's worth it.
