just because u think u are safe form the scammell mafia a top that mountain of yours doesent mean we wont come up there and beat u with a rubber hose. :-D your explorer seems to had a very hard life tho rob its about time someone loved her maybee your not sleeping with her enough, leaving her out in the cold all the time now getting back to this pump ok so the pump dose not work in reverse and the pioneer dosent have a pump at all ! and there are stories of explorers running round with no oil pump ! so dose the explorer only have an oil pump to circulate the oil through the heat exchanger to keep it cool or warm depending on climmate . ?

thanks rob i will have to investegat this pump further i have had the side plate off before and eveything is free moveing in there so it might be the stop when i push the button with engine stopp ed it just pops back up mine only starts like this in cold weather normaly it starts fine but a vid or some pics would help alot rob thanks

glad it is inspirs u rob now get back to work :-D no that was without cold start i normaly wind it over on the decompersor a few times but i didant do it that time . the cold start button ontop of my pump confuess me . how the hell do u get it too stay in or do u have to have some one hold it it ? nick
