Its not my field I am afraid. He has no preconceived ideas but would like to see it go to a good home.Its been there generator for as long as he can remember. When all is said and done , he is a farmer cash is king he would like something to go towards the cost of his new generator. If its a scrapman or an enthusiasts he just wants rid. Its big and heavy he will help load so its got tobe at least £500 in my humble opinion. -
The farm where my trucks are has an Lister JP3 Generator for stand bye power . it runs has a leaky radiator and is believed to be ex anti aircraft search light power set. The farmer is replacing it . It has a plate dating it to 1941.[ATTACH=CONFIG]88373[/ATTACH] it is similar to this one, obviously not restored http://www.anti-aircraft.co.uk/ListerJP3generator.html I can put people in touch with the owner.

Just got off the phone with rye oils.. Got all the oils I need for the price the big companies were quoting for the hyd oil alone. -

I am rural my phone comes in via overhead wire. The fiber cabinet is 250 meters away and my infinity is 9meg double what it was before. BT web site says it should be 33meg . -

just looked at the radio book its for the station radio C42 so its also larkspur. I'll get my coat.

well every day is a school day.. even a clansman book came with the truck. not opened it as the radio is not top of list.

Clansman radio pictures the aerial tuner is on the bulkhead at the top behind the driver the rest on the left hand cabin side

The clansman radio is fitted on the left hand side two similar sized units face up together in a rack. there is another box on the back wall of the cab . I will get some pictures tomorrow. John

Broke in to the tool locker today and found this. unfortunately most of it is corroded beyond recovery. I broke of a MOD padlock.

Thats my point Ringing up and asking to insure a 17 year old on a Ferrari and the lady on the phone saying sorry mr X but we cant insure that risk . Is worlds apart from the company refusing a claim for a deceitful declaration. Or refusing to renew your policy because you have had too many claims for example that is my interpretation of refused insurance. -

Surely this is a refusal to quote not a refused insurance? They are worlds apart.
