I think that the guy who took the film "From D-Day to Berlin" was GEORGE STEVENS, not Frederick Stephens.

Hi all, I have a green ( if that's any help ) 3 cylinder Lister diesel engine, and need to carry out an oil change, would anyone know what the recommended oil to use in it is, and how much of it ?
The next question you are all going to ask is what type is it !!!! I have no idea, might get some pics later today, so can anyone point me to a web site which shows the different engines ?
Hmmmm in contest with Jack then...... as he goes for a stationary engine when the price of fuel rises :-D

Is it a pit bull waiting for someone to restore the Vigor and then dig him a pit to live in ? :-D Been to Hastings today and spotted lots of rusting bulldozers on the beach ! More bulldozers than boats there today ! This is my favorite for a certain reason !
Though non military.... i see a nice cliff railway in the background as well !

Yes but in the current economic down turn all this sort of stuff will loost value and things will become more readily accesible for the less financially influenced among us.
However tanks and such things willcontinue to make lots of money and i have to admit if mynumbers came up the first thing i would do is bugy a sherman no doubt.
What does everyone else think?
Al
HHMMMMM do not agree with this, it seem more of a case of .......
money in short supply + [some areas of work in short supply] = high prices to compensate for the possible { lack } of work in the future...talking to some people in the building trade

Found this clip on youtube of an experimental carrier based unit called a "Praying Mantis" has any one else heard of this ? there is also a short section at the start of putting tracks on duel axle trucks
There is one at Bovington Tank Museum, it could be one of the two shown as it is just down the road from Studland.
