  6. A couple of guys may know what we are up to in the summer with an Ex Military 110. So I thought that I would let the guys here know. We are doing the Help 4 Heroes Rally this year http://www.h4hrallyforum.com We are helping out with breakdown support with 2 AA vehicles a TD5 110SW and a Disco 1 both AA ones. The rally follows the route of the Band Of Brothers across Europe see the website for pic from the last 2 events we have attended. This year we have bought a Military 110 (Well the AA paid for it:-D as a donation!) and are in the stages of converting it to an experdition 110. Most off the parts on the 110 have been donated by various companies and individuals in the UK. After the rally the 110 will be up for sale with every penny going into the Help For Heroes pot! Nothing will be coming out of the pot for anything to do with the event the whole 100% will go to the charity. We had a rotton Discovery donated which had a very good engine and box so guess what was dropped into the 110 this will make it a, worth more, b, better on fuel, c, quicker, and c, nicer to drive. I have fitted the PAS of the Disco aswell. If you would like to help out with a donation of money or anything to help out with the Landrover drop me a line any donation would be great no matter how large or small would be great and it will all go to Help For Heroes. Heres a direct link to our donation page:- http://www.bmycharity.com/aafortheoffroadahead2012 I have added a couple of pictures for you let me know if you would like more(I have lots:-\).

  20. Found this little gem local to me From RAF Odiham. Into service In 1986 At RAF Odiham and was used by the Glider school there. When it came up for sale the Onsite Civvy Glider school bought it for towing the winch ropes out to the gliders. It has only been used on the base and lived inside most of its life. One coat of green the a nice thick coat of airfield yellow.
