  1. That plate unbolts from the hull and the welded plate with the hull number will be beneath and give you the only vin type number that you can use. 1900 is the hull number and the month and year of production should on the welded plate
  2. The vin number as produced in the 1950's for the vehicle should be under the alloy plate and it should correspond with the numbers in the top left hand corner of the plate. Ferrets pre-date vin numbers and the plate welded to hull should give you the month of manufacture and the year plus the hull number for example 06 59 1906 06 month 59 year 1900 hull number (one of 3000 plus produced)
  3. Hi Simon, The military registration is 01CC09 but it may not have been registered in the UK as vehicle with the DVLA. I do not know if it needs to be registered with the DVLA before it can be exported from the UK to America.
  4. Support vehicle for someone who has a military vehicle and get in with them and leave you're car in the designated spot for such vehicles near the front entrance.
  5. I would like to see some pics as my Sabre will be on the receiving end of an engine fitting in the near future. I would have got close up look if an arrangement with Tim had come off. Luckily he decided to go in another direction as the arrows trailer that we were going to use was locked in up at the yard.
  6. Pete rename your videos with Cromwell Tank at the start otherwise they will disappear into the youtube room 101
  7. Is it usually awarded at the same time as the other awards??
  8. I think it went particularly well with a few teething issues to be sorted for the future. The arena seemed to be the biggest issue in that the public couldn't see enough of the action which is where the banking came in handy for the spectators at the old hop farm site. Its a pity that the grandstand couldn't be used and the arena moved more towards it. The big issue is the racetrack as the company owning the site seems to want to preserve it for racing in the future. Toilets and better signage for the public rather than relying on buying the program

  16. My Mum has just renewed her driving licence with the DVLA and has had to have it replaced photocard licence. Unfortunately the licence as returned is missing categories off the licence. It looks like a newly qualified drivers licence with just the basic categories on it. I am presuming that isn't correct but as something maybe different if your over seventy or seventy I thought I would ask on here.
  17. He had luck on his side then it wasn't his time to go
