    Hi Ted The QL was sold to IWM DUXFORD late 70ts .And still their . Ti had not been fitted with third boom or oil tank .To add to its weight their was a STURT TURNER engine that worked the pumps in the pump house . The pump and all equipment was in full working order when it was sold . T CORBIN

    This is the first MV i restored back in the 70ts . It has got the fire wall under the cab & the exhaust . Not the best or trucks to drive on the LONDON To BRIGHTON run (very heavy & top heavy round corners with out the 1000 ga or petrol ) T CORBIN

    New wood & old reparied for the back . Now to find some long coach bolts to hold it together T CORBIN (YES IT is THE RIGHT WAY ROUND 6Ft 6In WIDE X 4Ft 6 In long )

    When we got our DODGE WC57 back from HOLAND last year we had the same problem. We put on a new pump changed filter stil would run about 3miles then stop then start after 5 minits Taking the fuel flexiball pipes of we found some very small parts of spring that had rusted apart this spring is to stop the hose from clapsing on the suction side of the pump .3 new pipes no more problems T CORBIN

    Just got back brake cables back .Now can put the brakes back together also has had NOS track rod ends new bearings link arm oil seal in sterring box T CORBIN

    Up date on WOT 3 TRACTOR With all the new NOS parts that came with the 7V ( new breaks .bearings oil seals instermints dynomo starter dis plugs & alot of small parts) New brake cables . As 4-7 11 T CORBIN

    The No is 64235 not very clear in the picture . The two pictures posted shows that the left hand wing markings are different. (bridge plate painted on wing. roundel & MT section No 5 in different place T CORBIN

    Have been carefully taking down the layers of paint on the wings where their might be some markings found the remains of --F 64235 . I got all the pictures i have to see if the No where near . But it might be the one in the picture comming out of the mersey tunnel with a P.51 mustaing in tow ( picture taken 1943 ) .Could be a good chance it is the same one as i have got .We think only made about 20 ?     As RICHARD said ALLEN TAYLER done some wired & wonderful conversion during WW11 . It looks like the frame has been cut behind the rear spring hanger . Check all the frame measurements to see if anything has been altered.My WOT 1 Tructor has had 5ft cut shorter & low range box fitted by ALLEN TAYLOR , You might have a one off QL modified by ALLEN TAYLER so do some research before taking it apart.     Have just spoken to WALLY WEATLEY ex NORIDANS about V8 colour. FORD engine came out of the factory dark green (close to British racing green) .Up until the mid 1940 then painted the same as the truck T CORBIN

    Both cross braces are bolted in . I think they have to moved to take out the low range gear box T CORBIN

    Glad i went. Picked up a NOS rear window glass& frame for my DODGE COMMAND CAR (could have sold it for a lot more than i paid when one dealer saw it .) T CORBIN

    It is fact that RAF Vehicles where BLUE in WW11 but only a short time ( mid 40 )??? The WOT 3 first coat is over the red oxide is T CORBIN
