    its not a filler tube mate , its a brass shell , which seals the filler area off , ( ice storage ).............

    As requested this week, some pics of our butty boxes, the british one was hinged at the bottom. The american one had a door put in it, and a lock added . water or ice can be put in the filler neck to cool beer/coke.(we used a shell)..........
