Bits are slowly coming off the Munga , all the wiring is out now and some of the elecrical boxes are being looked inside.some of the items are like new inside so thats good. The bulkhead and gearbox plates are good but the dash board ones have seen better days.....:coffee: P.S Would have done more today , but it was sunny and the Jeep needed a run out!!!

Cant find any info about this 1942 dated bottle , would like to know why it is enamelled the stamp on the bottom is in white .....:coffee:

Can these spades be identified please ? One has a bayonet that goes inside the handle, a saw blade ,and no markings. The other one has a removable head that can be swapped for an axe head.......:coffee:

There is to be a steam gathering/rally on the 18 and 19 th of April.They are having it early because so many rallies were cancelled in August and September last year !!. It sounds like it might be a good do , and it is going towards local charities . The old couple i bought it off were the first civilian owners in 1947, before that it was still in government use .....

These two pictures taken in 1986(ish) show markings under the paint of our Jeep. The lot number is from 1947 when the last owner bought it at auction in Scotland ,but can anyone tell me why it would have the word "UTILITIES" under the screen? I was informed when they bought it , it never came with a back seat. Maybe it was used for just carrying stuff round the base where it was stationed ....... any ideas?:coffee:
