WickhamofWare Posted November 25, 2014 Share Posted November 25, 2014 It's a Target Trolley built in large numbers by D Wickham & Co. Ltd of Ware. They were used on ranges such as Lydd, Okehampton, Lulworth & Redesdale. They were mainly 2'0" gauge & ran with Wooden Targets secured to a frame above the Trolley. They had throttle controls on them which were operated by trackside mounted equipment.
