Can anybody suggest where I might get a 3 keyway, Timing Gear Pinion for my 1937 16h please?

I had sourced on from from India which worked but made a horrendous "whirring" noise. I got a N.O.S. from Britain but it is too thick.

I thought I had found one but it turns out to be thicker than my original one and the Timing cover won't fit on with it all in place. I have tried RGM, Andover Norton, Norvil and Racing Norton.
