hanktheyank44
Here is a picture of my more recent purchase which stood in a field for 5 years. Currently I am stripping it down so that the rear body can come off to sort out the rotten rear chassis and the to rectify the clutch/gearbox fault it apparently has. Looked at the EMLRA website and found a picture of her parked at the TMP in Warminster in the early 90's, looked pretty rough even then, typical of a TMP vehicle. hanktheyank44
Mick, at the moment thats all that does look alright - not quite true panels are straight except for front wing. Found out today from the RLC museum that she did spend all her service at the school of infantry so she has had a bit of a rough time! hanktheyank44
Box's are still there however seem to be the early type (Larkspur) which does not go with the year 1983, should have the wing flaps from what I understand. All the radio wiring is still there and in very good condition. From looking at the L/R it would also seem that it was never or very rarely used as an FFR, more like a DS runabout. I would like to find out exactly what it was used for whilst at the School of Infantry however I doubt there would be anyone there that would remember seeing its getting on for 10 years.
