hybridv8
Hi,I don't have a military vehicle but I am heavily into landrovers military and civilian,my reason for joining is because I am in need of information and I am a member of other forums and know the knowledge and expertise forums contain, hopefully someone on here can help as I have tried other forums with no luck,I have acquired a rear axle,it has exactly the same dimensions as a landrover rear axle,it has disc brakes which are slightly thicker than standard discs and the diff housing is very heavy duty but when I tried to put standard landrover calipers on it the bolt spacings don't line up,it is only slightly out but enough, there is a number on it that looks to have been applied by small centre punch marks to make th number instead of number punches, the number is 16s06874a, hopefully this number means something to someone on this forum, any help would be appreciated. pitmole
Is it possibly from an Australian Parentie?
radiomike7
Does Perentie not have a wider track? Not a Wolf as they have additional bracing, might it be a TD5/Puma?
Mk3iain
Only the 6x6 has the wider track the 4x4 is standard LR (ish). That does not look like the axle on mine though. Iain
