Flying_flea Posted June 3, 2017 Share Posted June 3, 2017 Hi everyone, Sam here currently restoring a royal enfield flying flea (1943) and got 2 engines when i purchased it ,one being the correct engine to flea with matching numbers and the other a villiers 9D james ML engine which suprised me and im now looking on information on the ML engine. Dating an engine on the engine number is not easy, as the engines seem to have had varying numbers during the production.
