John Pearson
On Saturday 12th, Birmingham MVT will be putting vehicles out in Wednesbury and Stourbridge, West Midlands to 'draw' a few more people into range of the Royal British Legion's tin rattlers. I did the same last year and it made me feel bloody old: when I started with restoring MV's (1984), First World War veterans were still quite numerous but last year the 'old codger' shaking a tin by my Saracen had served in Suez and Cyprus and I remember them happening (as a child!)
