Andy3HW
Hi, After stripping down the front forks on my 1944 3HW it was noticeable that the steering bearing cones and cups were pretty much shot. Does anyone know where I can obtain a replacement set or whether they can be replaced with sealed or taper bearings instead. Thanks Andy
Ron
The one and only person I have found who makes steering stem bearings and fork spindles for Triumph heavyweight's and lightweight's is John Brewster in Sussex. I haven't seen him for a while now. jhbeng@yahoo.co.uk 01797 226775. Ron

I finally got around to contacting John and he can supply the bearings. Thanks again for the contact. Andy
Ron
Funnily enough I did meet John at Kempton Park last week, and he confirmed he was still making these parts, and even gave me an insight into the machining and hardening process.
