0 sim60 Posted August 22, 2015 Share Posted August 22, 2015 I haven't brought a 9x9 but did buy an American marine tent from them,when it arrived it was faulty with a few problems, i rang them and they agreed to pay the return postage and send out another tent once I returned it,they sent another tent out and included a cheque for the return postage,so I thought that was very fair as most people won't pay the return postage. He is a Straight talking Yorshireman & a Businessman. & is in it to make Money. but is not a rip off merchant. You will always get a fair deal & He is Honest & Helpful. If possible, try to talk to him on the phone to explain exactly what it is you require. He will do his best to assist. & you cant ask more than that, can you? I have no connection to the Firm/ owner. I got a "SuperGrade" one for £350 which is dated 2002 and appears unused! The poles and pegs are used, but all OK. And all provided with proper bags.
