Packhow75
All Hope someone can advise correctly please. Will be importing a WW2 vintage US manufactured vehicle from France soon - this currently has a French Speedo/Odometer (not original to vehicle) which is in Kilometers, not miles. Can I register the vehicle in the UK with this Kmph Speedo/Odometer, or do I need to replace it with something in MPH? Many thanks Tim
Tony B
The age of the vehicle, it is outside most of the regulations anyway. Can't see a problem. My left hand drive 101 ambulance was K on outside M on inside. A lot of commericail and busues are K on the outside.
Davey089
I brought a 42 Willys back for renovation ,same thing French speedo, not a problem . Tell you the truth the no one was really interested including the HMC . The only thing they were concerned about if some undesirable had hidden themselves away under the Tarp , that's all they checked for never even asked for any paperwork.
