fv1609
mowag?? Yes it is indeed a Mowag 1950s Swiss Army trainer I believe. I went to see one once in Battersea I think, when we used to buy MVs from the back pages of Exchange & Mart. It was advertised as a water cannon! Once I crawled all over the thing I suggested that it had been wrongly described. Well they changed the advert, next week it was a flame thrower! Nick Johns
Swiss Army Mowag armoured training vehicle, built on reworked ww2 3/4 ton Dodge chassis, engine turned around and mounted in the back Edited March 14, 2013 by Nick Johns
fesm_ndt
Damn, I initially thought it was a film prop but from the turret down it looked too solidly made. I'll have to trawl around in this French site some more and see if can find something harder. Mind you, it's not much but what about the green bit in the bottom right of this picture? Its amphibious
