pockers
Anyone know the legality if importing replica grenades? Ie plastic / hollow bodies with metal spoon n pin? - sent in pieces in one package? I know the VCR act prevents replica firearms being imported but any one know if this or any other legislation includes grenades ? Thanks
0 Tony B
I'd say dubious at least. Best bet phone Customs and Excise, or you could be facing a nasty suprise.
0 paul_bish
If you are talking about the Toy Soldier brand plastic repros its fine as long as you have a defence under the VCRA, e,g. a member of a regognised airsoft group or a reenactment group same as buying an airsoft gun from abroad. I have had them go through customs, and paid duty no problem http://www.toysoldier.com.hk/product_details.php?pid=214 Our group have imported many of these with no problem
