NCA75 Posted September 16, 2012 Share Posted September 16, 2012 There is a picture of this haversack liner in Howlett's book on postwar jungle webbing.He describes it as liner for the 44 pattern large pack which is associated with 44 gear but not part of it..i think it was issued in the early 60's? wdbikemad Posted September 16, 2012 Share Posted September 16, 2012 These green rubberised bags and pouches exist in several sizes and shapes....all are items intended for tropical use to keep items dry in packs, usually within 44 pattern kit.......good ol' Sabre Sales had a ton of 'em (and may still have) all NOS......
