question Bedford MW clutch

I have just removed the clutch and flywheel and bellhousing on the MW, to replace the leaking (knackered) core plug. The clutch plate needs replacing so will get one on order in due course, BUT. The manual says to mark the flywheel and clutch cover before removing, whoops,:blush:. Have I caused myself a problem when I reassemble?

Reason is that they are balanced together, the procedure is in the manual as I recall. I often wonder if the previous person to take it off, has marked it, so could be incorrect before you removed it.
