gazzaw Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 Hi We are extending our driver base for the CMP C60L wrecker that we own - although most of us are HGV1 and no problem with licences we were wondering if this vehicle could be driven on an ordinary licence. Although it is in wrecker mode it is not a working vehicle nor commercial etc and insured/taxed as a private historic vehicle etc. I think it is about 3 ton and the long wheelbase version similar to the one pictured Thanks Gary Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
RattlesnakeBob Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 not that up on these matters but...I'm guessing it would all depend on when the person obtained their full licence ?.... .I'd stab a guess that it'd be the same as a normal 7.5 tonne GVW lorry.....which as you probably already know... if you got your licence before such and such a date... you can drive on an ordanary car licence?....
