thedawnpatrol
Hello Guys, Can any one tell me anything about 'Captain S.B.de Courcey-Thompson' Royal Artillery ? I have recently bought a very nice Officers Great coat bearing his name and date December 1940 from a local charity shop. Any information would be great. Op-Ack
you will have to try the National Archive at Kew. The RA Museum will not hold any individual information. although that is true about service records, there is an extensive list of officers at the museum, together with some biographical details. You could try e-mailing the Librarian on research@firepower.org.uk. A word of caution though, they do charge for conducting research, but the librarian may answer for free if it doesn't take him too long to locate the info.
