Smithy
Been home about an hour now after a very very hot weekend at Belvoir Castle. For once this show got the weather it deserves after a number of years with it either being wet, windy or both! We almost never made it though after battery trouble which meant we first couldn't start (after a bump start we were on our way) and then after thinking that the battery would charge following a good run we made it just over halfway to a petrol station but after filling up we again couldn’t start. Another bump start later and we were on our way, once on-site we were able to see that the battery was well and truly a dud! There was a good selection of military vehicles on display, as usual, and a couple of re-enactment groups (down by one on previous years). There were also a number of old military vehicles dotted around the rest of the site. Below are a few pictures from the show.

antarmike
As far as I know this S24 wasn't military, but still worth a photo
protruck
I believe this may be one of the S24 ex-tippers used on the Falklands to build the Airport and runway. But not to sure.
