thedawnpatrol Posted January 19, 2010 Share Posted January 19, 2010 Hi Guys, Well, I've had my 42 GPW for 7 years now and she is looking a little tatty on the paint work, I rebuilt her 7 years ago and finished her in 2nd Rangers colours, I'm not one for washing and polishing, I like to use my vehicles for what they were intended! Anyway, I'm now planning a Re Spray and fancy painting her up as a vehicle of the USAAF, I guess a well known B17 Squadron ? Jessie The Jeep Posted January 21, 2010 Share Posted January 21, 2010 There are a number of 100th Bomb Group vehicles on the forum, so you might want to consider the 'Century Bombers' for a vehicle. There's several Jeep pics on the 100th BG website, probably looking at pictures under the 'Station' and 'AuxUnits' sections, but check the others too - 100th BG Website I'll have a look through some of my books later too.
