robin craig
Okay kids, now that you have indulged in the egg nog and the in laws are approaching, time for some distraction. So we all hopefully by now know about the famed Berlin Garrison scheme that was used by the British. Lets see what people have in their albums of vehicles with other colours in them. I know of one person with a nice picture of a CRRAV with large areas of red on it, who else has weird schemes from any military to put up? Let the fun begin Robin:rofl:

Yep make sense, a lot of Royal Marine kit was also painted in this pattern, a short supply of desert paint early on in the deployment I heard. Also in Afghan the Royals and Para's liked to paint their vehicles in a similar fashion.
mcspool
How about this one? The Dutch Army Depot painted a Leopard 2 orange when the national footbal team was playing . . . "proud of our boys" it says on the side. What a way to spend taxpayers money when we are at war! H.
