Correct oil for Armstrong dampers

Hi all

 

Currently cleaning these prior to fitting to the Spartan, and want to replace the oil while I'm at it. Was going to use EP90 or similar, but read somewhere that this makes them too stiff. Any thoughts ?

There is an Armstrong specialist in Birmingham who stock the oil, and can recondition the dampers for you.
