  1. If you want to show the vehicle, show the vehicle. If you want to re-enact or do living history wear uniform. I can claim to do both. If I'm using the Dodge in the support role, I don't wear 'uniform'. If she is showing 'living history' I do. Though I have to say lightweights and a green shirt are standard dress for me anyway.

  14. Actually, if you carried pre loaded spare cylinders the reload time on these type of revolvers was for the period stunningly fast. The cylinder was either held by a sliding pin as in this type of frameless or a wedge in the framed type. Biggest problem was if the charge wasn't waded properly it would fall out during transit. I'd suspect the one illustrated was an exhibition piece. I'd suspect it is a pinfire probably European.
  15. You know if its pulling him that way. I thhinkkk we may have had the manual upside down. Or: Now, I'll just strike a match.
  16. My vehicle stores outside. I bought about three years ago a breathable caravan cover. Everything has been and still is bone dry inside and out. My shed is lined with plastic sheet of the type used for advertising on the side of buses. Light easy to work very durable made of little box sections. It is also great to lie on under the vehicle.
