Mmm so the on road manners aren't up to scratch either but you should be okay as long as you allow for their shortcomings. Best of luck with them.

Thanks to Neil every Cardiac unit in the UK is now on emergency alert, as for myself I am about to retire to a darkened room having swallowed a handful of tranquilisers washed down with half a bottle Scotlands best.

For an example, I would have to be up at 6:00 to get there for 8:00 and I am a softy southerner.
What's with all this countryman then?

You can't have been in it for long Jack, they must be one of the most bum numbing vehicles ever produced and you must know the troops' name for them, 'Pneumonia Wagons'! :?
I will now retire to the underground bunker to avoid all the incoming.

:argh: You'll want the name of the fitter who stripped it down as well I suppose, you are obviously confusing me with Leslie Welsh, 'The Memory Man' :banghead::naughty:

I got it via Amazon, although they had copies a better deal was being offered by another bookshop via Amazon. It has arrived but as yet I have not had time to settle down to read it and am so busy at the moment that it looks like it might be some time before I get round to it.

Well that link worked ,thanks Joris, very interesting memoirs, it is vital that these reminiscences are recorded for future generations for them to hopefully understand
the sacrifices made on our and their behalf. Lest we Forget.

'd go for a B F Goodrich or General Grabber all terrain, the Bfg's are dearer than the Grabbers but check around and you should get a fairly good deal, one of the big advantages to both these makes is that you should get a big mileage out of them.
The Grabber TR pattern are fitted OE on a lot of 90's and are used by farmers and we have had no complaints . I have just bought a s/h 90 with 32k on it and the OE Grabber TR's are hardly worn.
