    The barn where i keep me truck has a pre war fordson that belonged to the late husband of the lady i rent the barn from...it hasn't turned a wheel in 20+ years... covered in dust (& my crap!) she keeps telling me if we can get it started we can use it for my mum to drive when doing her WLA thing... getting tempted now!

    You're probably never far from a flathead lump amongst the hot rod fraternity I can see the appeal of better fuel consumption but its nice to see the real deal under the cowl... and you'd get better "smiles per gallon"

    Nice photos, looked like a good event. The chopper looks like an overgrown dragonfly...nice though The back wheels on the stone crusher look like Cromwell or Cruiser tank or some such?

    Ahh yes the "one of everything please" jeep... we were looking at it today trying to figure out who would use such an array of equipment... up n down them cobbles in me slippers luggin' a pram full of bomb damaged furniture... I'm knackered :-(

    I've got to say that the NAAFI is excellent. The catereres there are really on top of their game and even when the que is stretching out the door they get everyone served very quickly and the food is really very good... well done to them too... saved me taking any cooking gear
