  1. Hi David, interested in the bolts/fixations for the body? Piet
  2. Hello all, even my Leyland DAF 4 tonner (150 Bhp I think) is very slow uphill towing a 3.5T trailer... Well we use it for the hobby so I don't mind and just take the time for it. I installed a warning beacon... I was a bit uneasy with the 40 tonners coming behind in the dark at top speed is. So my thoughts are with you if the Bedford is about 100 Bhp
  3. Hello Antar, You need 3 "container attachment tubes". I don't know the lenght they are (every thing over here is in "winter-storage"), but they have a special attachment to go into the hooks on the container. So you don't need the one tube of your picture, neither the corners. Piet
  4. found this with a bit of google: "L43A1 7.62mm Machine Gun, variant of L7, used on the Scorpion as a ranging gun."
  5. I like the vehicle, the area and the season..... Congratulations!
  6. I was thinking to tow the cooking trailer behind the Leyland DAF, but with the comms body coming over the flatbed, this is impossible. The "towing frame" of the trailer is to short to take the turns.:-( The series will have to take the trailer...
  7. I was only able to get (squeeze) 4 into the leyland daf legally. I think you have a difficult situation. A mv that takes five and have camping accomodation...maybe a mv that takes five and tows a trailer could be a solution. Piet
  8. OK guys, I tried to hide him as long as possible:-D But now he's here let's give him a warm welcome :yay::yay::yay:

Thats what originality/an original MV is to me and how you can take the vehicles to shows: as they came out of the factory or/and how they could have been in service. so MW with CMP body = OK Defender with Larkspur = not OK Orange Humvees = not OK (no problem if you want to take it to TESCOs)
