thanks I took the plunge 10/19 arrived in Ireland last January , I also went ahead and I had 2 East German manuals an instruction and a repair manual translated into English .What part of the world are you in ? Robin

yes I have a nice 1959 SUMB according to the log book I bought it from Kerry Cheese RR Services Kent ,he has sold quite a few there is a man on the French website that sell French Army decals I can send you a sheet giving basic operating instructions PM me your e mail ?

might I suggest you go onto http://www.vehiculesmilitaires.com/ its a French HMVF so you will have to install a translate button ,if you trawl through this you will find a lot of information on SUMB even a manual best of luck ?

hello all I recently bought a Luaz 967m and I am trying to find someone in the UK that has one so I can ask them all sorts of silly questions . At War and Peace a good few years I met a man briefly called Louis that had one ,he is also the man with the 8 wheeler Maz tank transporter ,can anyone put a name on Louis ? look up www.armyburza.cz look up the vehicles ,you will find Uaz 452 and 469 maybe €4000/4500 most will be registered as Czech Vintage vehicles ? nice drive home before the snow
