    I had this happen earlier in the year on a Hotchkiss Jeep solved the problem by using a decent extending magnetic probe the little blade which had sheared off came out on the end , then being a tight git just got one of the lads to weld a new lump on the end then got it machined to fit still running on the jeep now with no problems and repaired at a pittance Commander

    I have just been offered a Ferret turreted model in fair condition the British Army number is 04 CC 19 painted sand colour can anybody date or identify this vehicle at all Commander

    Tony, yes it is a 25 pounder on the back it's the spare one we have got Them sharp eyes miss nothing but my canvas bucket actually fullfills a purpose it keeps the gallon of red wine cool which sits inside going to a show (hic) pardon ooofffficcceeerr# Commander

    I remember when my old girl used to look so pretty but now she is getting to look a bit neglected she seems to be so reliable she just gets used and abused so maybe this winter she will get a new face lift here she is waiting to go to a show with her baby in tow Commander

    The problem I had was not leaking cylinders but one of the two pistons of the cylinder sticking on three of the wheels just a thought Commander

    You have set them up correctly I assume because Dodge brakes are a bit of a bugger to set up correctly when you had the drum off was both sides of the slave caliper working and did they pivot ok these are all the things I've had go wrong with mine Commander

    Should be with a bit of luck it kills me having to be up at 06.30 hrs to get on the heath for 08.00hrs being with the ABWO group especially after a late night at the bar you would think someone my age would know better actually 2 of the guys from our group are jumping at Ginkel on Saturday and on Sunday at Njimegen if you call at the camp site give us a knock I will be with the NSMVT group Commander Bond

    Buy a condensor fasten to the side of the distributor and connect the wire to the feed in and try that C

    Things to check are fan belt not slack, thermo not stuck half open, fan is in side the radiator cowl, C

    Apparently the local canal marina has a slip way so it looks like a trip down there when this rain stops and of course I figure out all the controls and what they do and in what position they should be in got the camera ready can't wait Commander

    I think you need to talk to your insurance company ref the cover to drive any other vehicle I help out at a recovery firm and the amount of cars we fetch in for the police of people driving other cars because their policy says they can any other vehicle is quite numerous the only time they can legally is when the 3rd party vehicle is also insured when it is not the local police our way confiscate the car for no insurance Commander
