Don't give up and the way I done it many years ago was not to say to myself and others that I have given up - just that I haven't had a cigarette today. The days then roll in to weeks and weeks into months and months into......... Stick with it and remind yourself of the BENIFITS of not smoking. Good luck. Jack. Oh and to have a baby, even if their not capable, and we will champion their rights.
