glenn pude
I bought this trailer at a farm sale, with the idea to change it into something else. Looking into it I found this plaque - can anyone tell me anymore about this trailer and its use and age. Thank you
Richard Farrant
It was designed to be used behind the Eager Beaver rough terrain forklift. Originally a flat bed to carry pallets, so the sides have been added in civilian ownership. Age, probably about 1970's
radiomike7
Exactly as Richard said with the addition of being capable of breaking down in to packaged loads for reassembly by four men in 10 minutes. Unladen weight with a flat bed is 1.3 tons and it appears in the 1971 Chertsey book as 'in service'.
