After Julia finished her horses, we flew up to Old Buckenham for lunch and then did a clockwise tour of the Norfolk coast, excellent visibility and smooth enough over the sea. Unfortunately, we have both spent the night with food poisoning :shake: Nothing to do with Old Buck I hasten to add, dodgy Pizza in the evening.... Feeling a bit weak and feeble at the moment!
