I always found the old web site a little difficult to navigate through, the new one looks more promising except that it won't let me log in. I can't reset my password because that option won't highlight. Like many things these days it always worked better before the upgrade :(

clive you have to start again with a new registration and new password if paid this year then they clear you straight away

David yes I renewed in January & immediately afterwards could access the original site showing I had renewed & subsequently received a new card.

 

Unfortunately I have to be identified by an old email address although they have my new email, I have to use this old one. Just seems odd that the "Forgotten password" button won't activate. I've cleared cookies etc. Webmaster states he is only interested in web problems not "I can't log in issues". So I'll try in a few days again.

Yes that seems the only option David. I did try direct contact but got this:

dont worry clive it has been a major headache for them as the new website was not able to transfer old details across so everyone has had to reapply i even did it about 3 times because i was missing 1 or 2 of the entries but when you get the activation email then the new website is easier and it also gives you the risk assesments for the events which help a lot:D

the accounts on a regular basis, usually within 30 minutes. Once that is done, you need to re-apply, even if you are paid up, because the details from the old site were not transferable. I know who has paid for 2015, so don't think we'll make you pay again wink emoticon

Everybody needs to create a new account on the new site and apply to join once your email is confirmed, wether you have applied/renewed already this year or not. We couldn't transfer the data from the old site across. I am confirming most emails within thirty minutes, and everyone who has created an account up to this point has had it confirmed. There are still about 70 accounts who have been submitted but not created an application. I repeat, EVERYONE NEEDS TO DO IT, WETHER YOU ARE A PAID UP MEMBER FOR THIS YEAR ALREADY OR NOT. We know who has paid, we won't make you pay again, the whole thing has been done to benefit you, the members.
